Structured Typesetting

By ‘structured typesetting’ we are referring to an automated production in typesetting that is based on structured data in XML format, where a complex typography based on XMLstructures and sequences is composed. This results in consistency and visually appeal across the whole dataset.

But this is not the only advantage: by using XML through suitable typesetting systems, a high degree of automation is reached, enabling a very efficient and cost-effective production.

We rely on the typesetting systems APP and TopLeaf, but we also use workflows like parsX and transpect, which both work with InDesign. This selection allows us to choose the optimal tool to suit your use case.
